CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAMPION

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Champion to join our dynamic team.
KEY CRITERIA INCLUDES;
- Inbound and outbound telephone communication
- Creating customer bookings
- Conversion of Repair Orders to invoices
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A strong communicator with displayed customer service skills
- Someone who is process driven with exceptional time management
- The ability to provide second to none customer service to our customers from drop off to pick up of their vehicle and beyond
While prior customer service or admin experience would be favourable, Automotive experience is not essential as we will provide all the skills needed along the way.
A full valid Australian driver's licence is required for this position.

SALESPERSON
An exciting opportunity exists at Callaghan Motors Group for an experienced Salesperson to join our team. With 7 manufacturers and a highly successful pre-owned car branch in our dealership you will play a vital role in providing top quality service to our valued customers.
As a Salesperson, you will assist our customers in their purchase journey and provide an exceptional experience while at our dealership.
Applicants with experience in retail, sales and or hospitality will be highly regarded.
The right candidate must be able to:
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be well presented.
- Be reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Have a “can-do” attitude and excellent computer skills.
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Work autonomously or in a team environment.
- Meet sales targets.
- Have a full valid Australian driver's licence.

Some responsibilities may include:
- Provide excellent customer service, first and foremost.
- Achieving dealership targets including KPI's.

- Maintain post-sale relationships with customers.

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Marketing Coordinator – Join the Callaghan Motors Group!

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales
· Create engaging content for multiple social media channels and websites
· Work with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts
· Organise events, promotions, and product launches
· Manage digital marketing efforts
